Bdt456 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under certain circumstances. Where possible, members will be notified before any such action is taken.

Reasons for Account Termination

• If false information provided during registration is proven.
• If age verification confirms the user is under 18.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Clause 05.
• Member has submitted a request to close their own account.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time through the support team. Prior to closure, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance.

While bdt456 strives to deliver the highest quality of service, there are certain situations where our liability is limited. bdt456 will not be held responsible in the following circumstances:

• Game or transaction issues caused by internet connection loss.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or unforeseen technical failures.
• If a member's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• If services must be discontinued due to a government directive or legal order.
